Spray foam, we were looking at that. Seriously looking. I think we need to that before next year if I find a job because there are only so many socks and gloves I can wear.

We just got our attic insulation in a few weeks ago too. M was so thrilled to be able to stick his head through the access door and have it actually be colder in the attic than in the second floor. (our attic is just that – not a real room like yours, so we insulated the attic floor not the ceiling)
